Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from ONLY K.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Please note:

Opened or Used Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or personal care products

  • Opened or activated beauty devices, tools, or accessories

  • Products with broken seals, removed protective films, or signs of use

Once a product has been opened or used, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.


Beauty Devices – Important Notice

Beauty devices are final sale once:

  • The device has been powered on

  • Protective packaging, seals, or hygiene covers have been removed

  • The device shows any signs of use

For this reason, we strongly recommend reviewing all product information carefully before purchase.


Defective or Damaged Items

We will, of course, take responsibility if:

  • You receive a defective product

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong product

In these cases:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Do not discard the packaging

Approved cases may be eligible for:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (at our discretion)


Unopened & Unused Items

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is sealed, unused, and in original condition

  • All original packaging is intact

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.


Right to Refuse Returns

ONLY K reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Do not meet the conditions above

  • Show signs of use or tampering

  • Are returned without prior approval

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
